The 35m2 apartment is conveniently situated in the centre of Gdynia in St. Peter Street, on the ground floor. The windows do not face the street, but look out on the backyard thus providing peace and quiet. There is a resident-only parking facility in the backyard. It’s only a 350-metre distance to the sea front and heart of the city: Kosciuszko Square /Skwer Kosciuszki/. There after a 5-minute walk you can enjoy the lively atmosphere in pubs, cafes, restaurants, discos, Silver Screen cinema complex, aquatic museum, marina etc.
In summer the main attraction is the waterbus to Jastarnia and Hel; famous seaside resorts, the museum-battleship ‘Blyskawica’ and sailing ship ‘Dar Pomorza’. Also in summer you can admire the world largest passenger liners which moor along the quayside. You can leisurely walk along the 1,5km-long promenade feasting your eyes on the spectacular sea views. Another highlight is a trip to Orlowo’s pier, wonderfully situated near the cliff.
The 45m2 and 65m2 apartments are located in the detached house on a hill where you can admire a beautiful view of Gdynia and Hel Peninsula. The 65m2 apartment is on the second floor and the 45m2 one is in the basement, with a separate entrance from the backyard.
Our guests have an arbour, stationary grill and restricted-access car park at their disposal. It’s about 4,5km /a 5-minute drive/ from the apartments to the city centre - Kosciuszki Square. If you don’t use a car, it’s a 10-minute walk to the main street Morska, where you can take a trolley bus to the centre. Nearby there is a station of SKM /metropolitan train/: Gdynia-Grabówek, which offers a fast journey to Sopot /about 15 minutes/ and Gdansk /about 40 minutes/.
